Today marks one year until Global Aqua opens its doors at NOVA Spektrum. At the same time, we are pleased to announce ABG Sundal Collier as a Global Partner. The Nordic investment bank will play a central role in developing the event’s finance conference.
On 7 September 2027, the international aquaculture and seafood industry will gather at Global Aqua. With one year remaining until the event opens, planning is now entering a new and important phase. The programme, networking opportunities and conference platforms are being further developed in collaboration with key stakeholders from across the value chain.
As part of this work, Global Aqua is developing a dedicated finance conference and is pleased to welcome ABG Sundal Collier (ABGSC) as a Global Partner.
Strengthening the connection between the industry and the investment community
Global Partner is the highest and most comprehensive level within Global Aqua’s partnership programme. This level is reserved for a limited number of strategic partners.
The partnership with ABGSC will help strengthen the finance conference and bring the aquaculture and seafood industry closer to key stakeholders.
The finance conference will be a meeting place for industry representatives, financial institutions, investors and decision-makers. Participants will come together to discuss topics of importance to aquaculture, seafood and related industries. As a Global Partner, ABGSC will contribute industry expertise, input on relevant topics and speakers, and support the development of the conference programme and profile.
“We are delighted to welcome ABGSC as a Global Partner. They bring extensive expertise and a strong network, which will add valuable perspectives and credibility to the finance conference. Our ambition is to create the leading arena for discussions on growth, investment, innovation and future opportunities within the industry,” says Vidar Onarheim, Event Manager at Global Aqua.
A trusted partner to the industry
ABGSC is one of the largest investment banks in the Nordic region and a leading advisor within the seafood sector. Over the past four years, the company has been involved in more than 50 corporate and capital markets transactions in the seafood industry. The investment bank also holds a leading position in equity research.
ABGSC also has high expectations for the partnership and the development of the new meeting arena.
“It was a natural choice for us to bring ABGSC on board. They have a leading position within the seafood sector, both in terms of transaction activity and market analysis. When your ambitions are as high as ours, it is important to work with the very best partners,” says Vidar Onarheim.
One year until the entire value chain comes together
Global Aqua will bring together stakeholders from across the aquaculture and seafood value chain. With one year to go until the event takes place, the partnership with ABGSC marks an important milestone in the continued development of the event.
